A large crowd has turned out at Chapin Park in Myrtle Beach for a Tax Day Rally.

The TEA Party is sponsored by the group Concerned Americans. The group asked folks to come out to protest big government and "reckless and irresponsible spending."

The rally is going on until 2:30 p.m. Thursday. Similar rallies are being held across the country.

Those attending will hear from several speakers, including several candidates for the 1st Congressional District seat being vacated by Henry Brown.
