2 council members elected, 2 head to runoff in Surfside Beach

Surfside Beach voters went to the polls Tuesday to elect three new council members.

Anna Dodge and incumbent Doug Samples each won seats.

The next two closest vote getters, Bill Rempher and Rod Smith, will face each other in a runoff which will be on Tuesday, April 22nd.

New council members will be sworn in next month.
