If you're looking for a job, hiring for the summer season is underway at a Surfside Beach water park.

Wild Water and Wheels is holding a job fair all this week, though they will continue to accept applications as the season progresses.

The park expects to get at least 300 applicants for the 150 jobs openings. They're looking for people to be cashiers, lifeguards, ride attendants and several other positions.

The manager says, with so many people out of work right now, the park is getting plenty of highly qualified candidates. "It helps out. It's a mutual relation, we're here to offer jobs and we know there's a lot of people out there looking for jobs so it's definitely going to work out," said Robert Arroyo, GM, Wild, Water & Wheels.

The park is hiring anyone from age 14 on up. The job fair is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day until Friday.

Opening day for the park is May 29.
