Time is running out for Freestyle Music Park to pay off an old debt.
The deadline is April 1.
When FPI MB Entertainment bought the park out of bankruptcy last year, it assumed two leases left over from the previous owners. But they're overdue on making some of those payments.
The park's owners have said they're talking to investors to get an infusion of cash so they can open this spring.
But the bankruptcy court ruled, if the debt isn't paid off by April 1, a judgement will be entered against the owners.
