NewsChannel 15 has learned a 19-year-old died Tuesday after being shot in the city limits of Dillon Monday night.
Investigator James Hayes with Dillon Police tells us the victim was sitting in a car at Dover Village Apartments on Longstreet Road, when three men tried to rob him and shot him.
The victim's name isn't being released at this time.
Investigator Hayes says they need the public's help. If you have any information on this shooting, you're asked to call the Dillon Police Department at (843) 774-0051.
