A fire nearly destroyed an Horry County home.
The home in Loris on East Highway 9 Business was engulfed in flames at around 4am on Wednesday.
Horry County Fire Rescue Public Information Officer Leslie Lancey said there were 12 units at the scene.
There is no word on whether there was anyone inside the single family home or what caused the fire.
