ESAB Welding of Florence plans to cut 35 jobs within the next 60 days.
The company's Vice President of Human Resources, Daniel Preest, tells NewsChannel 15 the job cuts are due to reorganization of the company.
Last August, ESAB laid off 35 workers as a part of their restructuring efforts.
Preest says ESAB is financially strong and he believes the reorganization plans will put them in a better position to remain profitable and free up additional resources as the economy recovers.
The company is working with the South Carolina Employment Security Commission to help the employees with training for other jobs.
