A lawsuit filed against The Darlington County Sheriff's Office has been dismissed.

In December of 2008, Roberta O'Steen filed a federal lawsuit saying she was forced to quit her job after her supervisor at the detention center sexually harassed her.

The complaint stated the harassment included offensive sexual language, orders to perform massages and offers of money for her to spend the night with her boss.

According to federal court documents, the lawsuit was dismissed.
