Tuesday, the final plan for the Withers Swash area of Myrtle Beach will be presented.
The Withers Swash Advisory Committee has been working for months on a plan to revitalize the swash and downtown Myrtle Beach.
Tuesday's Myrtle Beach Planning Committee workshop and special meeting will be at Myrtle Beach City Hall at 4:15.
The first step of the plan includes cleaning up storm water pollution in the swash.
Then, they want to beautify the area with trees and a park.
Those involved in the project say it will take 25 years to complete.
