The wife of a former Florence County deputy testified against her husband Thursday.
Jodie Poole told jurors Timothy Poole asked her to lie about the time he came home the night his parents were murdered.
They were found shot to death at their home in Williamsburg County in 2006.
Prosecutors say Timothy Poole killed his parents to collect money from their estate and trust.
The feds initially charged Jodie as well, but granted her full immunity in exchange for her testimony.
