A federal grand jury in Florence has indicted Chester Wayne Wodecki, 55, of Myrtle Beach, for the January 19, 2010, unarmed bank robbery of First Citizens Bank, located at 4040 River Oaks Drive in Myrtle Beach.

We showed a surveillance photo of the hold-up at First Citizens on River Oaks Drive last month.

The FBI says someone saw our broadcast, recognized the suspect and called them.

FBI investigators say the robber falsely claimed another man was holding hostages at a nearby Food Lion during the robbery.

Wodecki faces up to 20 years imprisonment for unarmed robbery.
