Most parts of the Pee Dee got three to six inches of snow.
Snow covered just about everything in sight from trees to bales of hay in Marlboro County.
Adrienne Fuller of Dillon County told NewsChannel 15, "I think it looks really beautiful. I've been taking pictures on my way to work."
So did Terry Ward of Florence. She made every minute a kodak moment. Ward said, "I think its wonderful. We never have snow in South Carolina, so the first chance I get I take a picture even if its flurries."
The flurries started coming down Friday afternoon and quickly turned into snowflakes.
Parts of Darlington County got more than five inches of snow and you best believe the kids enjoyed every minute of it. Marro McCutchin told NewsChannel 15, "We got to have fun with something that usually doesn't come to South Carolina."
And just as it came, it quickly started to melt away.
