On February 3rd, The South Carolina Supreme Court will hear arguments in lawsuits against the City of Myrtle Beach's motorcycle helmet law.

Those two suits are the only ones remaining out of five suits that were filed after the city's bike rally restrictions were passed in 2008.

One suit was thrown out for lack of action.

Lawyers for two other suits also decided not to move forward, after it became clear the State Supreme Court would take up the helmet issue in February.
