FLORENCE, S.C. (AP) -- A South Carolina man has been arrested in the New Year's Day shooting death of a man in Timmonsville.
Multiple media outlets reported 39-year-old Sylvester F. Rush of Florence was arrested Wednesday and charged with voluntary manslaughter.
Florence County sheriff's deputies say 40-year-old Raymond Jerome King was shot to death after an argument.
Capt. Mike Nunn says King was taken to a hospital where he died of complications from the wounds.
Nunn says more arrests are possible.
It was unclear if Rush had an attorney.
