Just after 6:00 p.m., an Horry County jury came back and told a judge it was hung and couldn't deciding the fate of a man who police say left his baby in an unlocked car at a strip club.
Judge Larry Hyman issued an Allen charge which means he told the jury to try again. They have begun deliberating once again. We'll post the latest information as we get it.
27-year-old Geoffrey Hale is charged with unlawful conduct toward a child. Hale went to Derriere's Gentleman's Club in October 2008.
Police say he left his 10-month-old daughter in the car for 12 minutes.
They say Hale was getting a lap dance when they arrived.
But Hale's lawyer denies that and says he was just picking up a cell phone from his wife who worked there.
The jury started deliberating about 4:00pm. We'll tell you the verdict as soon as we hear it.
