A badly decomposed body found in a ditch Thanksgiving Day has been tentatively identified as that of a missing Florence County man, Bernard Cannon.
Florence County Coroner Bubba Matthews said he's waiting on autopsy results to positively confirm the body is that of Cannon.
The body was found in a ditch in Pamplico.
Matthews says Cannon has been missing for about 14 days.
Matthews is also waiting on autopsy results to determine a cause of death.
