ROCK HILL, S.C. (AP) -- A South Carolina man has been charged with murder in the death of a woman shot in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant.
Multiple media outlets reported that 20-year-old Matthew Oliver Aldrich of Orangeburg is accused of killing 32-year-old Tameka Bostic on Saturday.
Authorities say Aldrich, Bostic and another woman were in a car at a Jack in the Box restaurant in York County on Saturday. Bostic was shot in the back and taken to a Rock Hill hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Aldrich was arrested at the scene and charged with murder Saturday afternoon. A motive has not been determined and the case remains under investigation.
It was unclear if Aldrich had an attorney.
