AIKEN, S.C. (AP) -- A South Carolina middle school teacher has been accused of engaging in sexual activity with a 14-year-old.
Multiple media outlets reported Tuesday that 38-year-old Tammy Joy Key of Graniteville is charged with four counts of lewd act and four counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
She is being held at the Aiken County Jail.
Authorities say Key committed the crimes at her home between August 2005 and March 2006 and at her workplace at Leavelle
McCampbell Middle School between August and September 2005.
It's unclear if Key has an attorney.
