An 18-year-old man lost his life just outside of conway around 4:00 Saturday morning.
Horry County Coroner Robert Edge says Benjamin Dale Cunningham of Conway was killed when he lost control of his truck and hit a tree.
It happened on Knotty Branch Road just off Highway 501.
SC Highway Patrol says a passenger was flown to New Hanover Medical Center in Wilmington, NC.
That passenger's condition has not been released.
