A former Florence County Sheriff's deputy charged in connection with the murders of his mother and step-father will be in court this week.

Timothy Poole is asking a federal judge to reconsider letting him out of jail on bond.

He has been locked up since his arrest in May.

That's when federal agents arrested Poole and his wife, Jodie, on a 20 count indictment.

The documents say in August 2006 the Pooles murdered Linda and William Hilton at their Williamsburg County home as part of a conspiracy to benefit from the Hilton's trust and estate.

Timothy Poole will be in court this Friday.
