Atlantic Beach Mayor Retha Pierce will get a jury trial on charges of driving under the influence in Marion County.
She was charged last month with DUI by SC Highway Patrol.
This is the fourth pending charge against her. The others include hit and run, resisting arrest and trespassing.
Mayor Pierce was scheduled to appear before a magistrate judge Tuesday, but instead she'll wait for her trial date to be set in Marion County.
