A Georgetown county man who's already on death row for killing his girlfriend is facing a second death penalty trial.
Stephen Stanko will go on trial November 9th for the murder of 74-year-old Henry Lee Turner of Conway.
Turner was found shot to death at his home on April 8, 2005.
15th Circuit Solicitor Greg Hembree says he will seek a second death sentence for Stanko if he is convicted.
Stanko was convicted of killing his live-in girlfriend, Laura Ling, and raping her daughter on the same day. NewsChannel 15 normally does not disclose the identity of a sexual assault victim, but Ling's daughter has since gone public with her ordeal.
Stanko is being held on death row in Ridgeville.
