A 15-year-old boy charged in the murder of a Darlington County man will be tried as an adult.
Rashad Jett is charged in the killing of 22-year-old Timothy Walker in January. Police say Walker had been shot in the head on South Center Road in Darlington County.
A judge has set bond for Jett at $50,000, but it comes with restrictions.
He must stay away from Walker's family and Jett is to only leave his parents home for school, church and doctors appointments.
