Horry County Police are asking for your help to find the person responsible for a deadly shooting that happened over a year ago.
On September 14, 2008, Kelly Joe Elliot was found shot and killed at his home on Dew Lane in Loris. Police have been investigating the case since then.
Officers say leads and information have been exhausted.
The family of Kelly Joe Elliot is now offering a reward of $5,000.
