A trial date has been set for an Ohio man whose infant daughter died while the family was vacationing in Myrtle Beach two years ago.
Miles Ferguson is charged with homicide by child abuse after five-week-old Mylee Grace Ferguson died in July of 2007.
Police said Mylee died of injuries consistent with Shaken Baby Syndrome.
Ferguson's case is scheduled for trial November 9th in Horry County.
Ferguson is free on bond at his home in Portsmouth, Ohio.
