Clothing store robbery investigated

Horry County police were called to Harlem Fashions on Socastee Boulevard last Friday morning for a report of an alarm.

Officers say they arrived at the store about 5:50 a.m. and found that the front doors had been forced open. According to a news release, when the owner arrived and conducted an inventory, the owner noticed about $11,500 worth of clothing had been stolen.

If anyone has any information on the burglary, they are asked to contact the Horry County Police Department at 915-5350.
