The Conway Farmer's Market celebrated a week-long annual tradition Saturday.
Saturday marked the end of National Farmer's Market Week. The Downtown Conway Farmer's Market gave away special door prizes, educational demonstrations, had bluegrass entertainment and more to celebrate farmer's market week.
According to Clemson University, the number of markets around the country has jumped 60 percent -- to just more than 4,600 -- since the national week began in 2000.
This year was the 10th annual week recognizing farmer's markets throughout the country.
