Mullins Police Chief Kenneth Davis tells NewsChannel 15 a body has been found inside a home on Gold Street.
Davis says the body was found around 11:30 Wednesday morning.
A crime scene unit from the State Law Enforcement Division is on the way to the scene.
Police say at this time, they are not sure if the person's death is related to a crime.
