Michael Chad Lambert
 / Chesterfield County Sheriff's Office
The man accused of killing a Chesterfield County Sheriff's Deputy while driving drunk, is back in jail.
Michael Lambert was out on bond, but was supposed to appear in court Monday for a hearing. When he failed to show up, police issued a warrant for his arrest.
Chesterfield County sheriff's deputies found him Monday night at a home in Chesterfield County, hiding in a closet.
Deputies say Lambert's blood alcohol level was .16 when he crashed head on into Deputy Darryl Quick's car last July. Quick was off duty in his personal car.
Lambert will remain behind bars, until he goes to trial. His bond has been revoked.
