Broadway at the Beach hosted a very big rock star Saturday and the fans swarmed.

Drummer Eric Singer of the legendary rock band Kiss was the special guest for the third anniversary of the Kiss Coffeehouse.

Singer signed autographs and spent a couple minutes with each fan. Some paid and got a little extra attention, but all the public had a chance to meet with Singer in myrtle beach.

Benji Thompson, a Kiss fan who met Singer, noted how down to earth he seemed to be.

He said, "You know, like he's a fan. One of us or whatever. Some people, once they get pretty famous, they don't have much to do. But he's talking, kind of like what me and you are talking now. Great guy."
