A man is in jail charged with a felony DUI in connection with a crash that happened back in April.
Conway police say 66-year-old Wayne Moyer from Conway turned himself in Wednesday on a felony DUI charge.
Investigators say on April 11th, Moyer was drunk when driving a motorcycle that was involved in a wreck on Church Street in Conway. The passenger on his motorcycle died in the crash.
A judge set a $50,000 personal recognizance bond for Moyer.
