NewsChannel 15 has learned no charges will be filed after the driver of a car crashed into a Socastee Food Lion Monday night.
Around 11pm, two men in a Ford Explorer ran through the front of the building.
The SUV went in about 15 yards, running down displays and leaving a hole in the wall.
The driver of the car told police his brakes went out as he was leaving the store.
The store was closed at the time.
No injuries were reported, though the driver of the Explorer had minor cuts and scratches.
