A Florence man has been arrested a second time for exposing himself to women.
Police have charged Gregory Smith with indecent exposure. Officers say last week he exposed himself to a woman outside the Hobby Lobby in Florence.
At the time, Smith was already out on $10,000 dollars bail on similar charges involving an incident at the Florence Mall.
We're told a judge set Smith's bond on the latest charge at $15,000.
