This week, a Florida man is on trial in Florence County for a crash that killed a 17 year old passenger in his car.
Last October, Shakene Richberg crashed into a tree on Douglas Street Extension, following a brief chase with Highway Patrol.
17-year-old, Ronnie Aaron Kelly of Florence died in the accident.
Troopers charged Richberg with DUI resulting in death, failure to stop for a blue light and drug possession.
The trial could wrap up sometime Wednesday.
