Myrtle Beach police arrested a 21-year-old man Wednesday in connection to a deadly home invasion on April 22, 2009.
David Lee Kimble is charged with murder, three counts of kidnapping, armed robbery, 1st degree burglary and possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a violent crime.
Detectives said Kimble was one of at least two others who broke into a Carolina Breeze apartment around 1:00 a.m., April 22, and shot and killed 20-year-old Antonio Grate.
No bond hearing has been scheduled, and Cpt. David Knipes with Myrtle Beach Police said Kimble may face more interviews by detectives before being released to the county detention center.
