The president and CEO of Burroughs & Chapin Company is stepping down after nine months on the job.
The announcement was made Monday, that Jim Rosenberg will leave in the next few months - citing personal reasons.
Rosenberg said in a release that he wants to dedicate himself to charitable work after losing his son last year.
Bill Pritchard, a long-time executive for Burroughs & Chapin, has accepted the role of Interim CEO while the board searches for Rosenberg's replacement.
