An accident in Marion County tied up traffic for hours on Friday.
Troopers with South Carolina Highway Patrol tell Newschannel 15 the accident on Highway 501 involved a car and a tractor trailer.
While authorities cleaned up a fuel spill from one of the cars, they had to close several lanes of traffic in both directions.
Highway Patrol says there were no injuries.
