Police arrested a Dillon County man for a shooting earlier this week.
Sheriff Major Hulon says they've charged Bobby Roberts with assault and battery with intent to kill. Hulon says Monday night, Roberts shot a man in the leg on Tumble Weed Drive in Dillon county, following a brief argument.
The condition of the man has not been released.
Roberts is out of jail on a personal recognizance bond.
