Tuesday, Myrtle Beach City Council made changes to some of the new anti-bike rally ordinances.
Council eliminated the administrative hearing process that was targeted by a lawsuit from business owners, who claim it was unconstitutional.
The change came as the result of a memo from the chief justice of the state supreme court.
Also, an ordinance that prohibited parking trailers or oversized vehicles on the street was amended to allow school buses and tour buses.
