Animal control officers say two Pit Bulls that attacked a Florence woman show no signs of having rabies, but they still plan to euthanize the dogs.

The Pit Bulls attacked 56-year-old Linda Jones at her home on National Cemetary Road last week.

The dogs belonged to her next door neighbor who was charged with having animals running at large.

The dogs have been quarantined for 10 days.

Animal control officers said the dogs are not able to be adopted out, so they'll be put down next week.
