It was opening day for the Grand Strand Miracle League at Pepper Geddings Rec Center in Myrtle Beach on Saturday.
NewsChannel 15's own Ed Piotrowski threw out the first pitch as he led a group of local personalities against the kids. Final score: kids 13, adults 12.
The Grand Strand Miracle League provides those with physical and mental disabilities the opportunity to play baseball and allows everyone involved to be winner.
