Around 4:00 a.m. Monday morning officers were called to Wendy's on Church Street in reference to a burglary complaint.

A black male fitting the suspect's description, later identified as Robert W. Robinson, was located at Racepath Avenue and Thompson Street by officers with the Horry County Police Department.
Once officers arrived on scene in Conway a woman said she was approached by a black man wearing a black ski mask, a black hoodie, and a red shirt with a red box cutter.
The woman said she was told to get on the ground and then the suspect made them go back inside the business. Once inside the business, the suspect told the woman to cut off the alarm and take him to the safe. The woman said she opened the safe and the suspect asked where the bills were.
The complainant stated that she told him all she had access to was the change. The complainant stated that the suspect then became very angry cursed her and then left out of the back door.
Another employee, present at the time, told police that when the suspect first approached her, he called her by name, stuck the box cutter to her face and pushed her to the ground.
She suffered a laceration to her left cheek and a swollen right knee for which she was treated and released from Conway Medical Center.
Both victims positively identified the suspect located by Horry County Police officers as being the individual who entered the business and robbed them.
Robinson went before Judge Andy Hendrick Monday morning and received $50,000 surety bond on each charge for a total bond of $250,000.
