One of the Grand Strand's best known companies, Burroughs and Chapin has unloaded more properties.

Orange Lake Resorts has acquired the South Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, and the Crown Park Resort in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

The Crown Park will be renamed to Smoky Mountain Resort.

Back in December, Burroughs and Chapin CEO, Jim Rosenberg told shareholders revenue from real estate sales were down and B & C would sell more assets this year.
