Two men from Florence are charged, accused of passing counterfeit money.

Police say they seized the fake $100 bills police this past Saturday evening.

Officers say Joseph Miller and Lou Abercrombie tried to pass the counterfeit money at the Walmart Supercenter on North Irby Street in Florence.

In all, detectives confiscated nine fake $100 bills.

The secret service is now involved in the investigation.
