Myrtle Beach Police are looking for an armed robber.

The armed robbery happened at the Kangaroo Express which is located in the 1400 block of South Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach around 8 o'clock Friday night.

Officers say a man walked in and pointed a semi-automatic weapon into the face of a 19-year-old store clerk. After the teen gave the robber the cash, the suspect ran towards 5th Avenue.

A K-9 unit was brought out to the gas station, but the dog was not able to track the scent.

The surveillance video is of very poor quality, so police are asking the community for any tips that may lead to an arrest.
