DMV accepts applications for "I Believe" plate

The Department of Motor Vehicles is accepting applications for the controversial "I Believe" license plate.

Customers may submit a prepaid application online for five dollars.

he DMV must receive at least 400 applications before the plates go into production.

Earlier this year, a group filed a federal lawsuit to stop production of the plates, to promote separation of church and state.
