Conway police arrested one man and are looking for another for breaking into the Solicitor's Intervention Office on Laurel Street and stealing urine samples.

They charged Benjamin Frederick, 21, of Conway, with Burglary 2nd Degree and Criminal Conspiracy. They issued warrants for Charlie Dennis Altman, 29, of Myrtle Beach, for Burglary 2nd Degree and Criminal Conspiracy.

Police say employees at the office called them on April 24 when they found a rear door forced open. They found a translucent bin containing 37 bottles of urine samples that were about to be sent out for alcohol testing was missing.

Police charged Frederick on April 30. He had a bond hearing on May 1.

If you know where Altman may be, you're asked to call the Conway Police Department at (843) 248-1790.
