A 15-year-old Myrtle Beach High School student pleaded guilty Tuesday to Disturbing Schools for a bomb threat at Myrtle Beach High on January 16.

He was charged with Conveying False Information regarding the Attempted Use of Destructive Device, but the charge was lessened in exchange for his plea.

Police say he wrote a note that said, "There is a bomb in the building set to detonate at 1:45. Evacuate now or kids will die."

Police say he gave different accounts of what happened and surveillance video contradicted those stories.

He will be evaluated for 45 days in the Department of Juvenile Justice.

His next hearing is set for March 15.
