The FBI will now conduct a thorough investigation into these new leads. At this moment, there have been no charges filed or arrests made. If our investigation culminates in criminal charges, we will make an announcement at that time. The public is reminded that all individuals from yesterday's release are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law."

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Columbia Field Office is asking for your help to identify a man who may be able to provide information regarding the sexual exploitation of a child.
The FBI is releasing the man's photo and a poster to try and identify him.
He first came to the FBI's attention in November 2005, after a series of photographs surfaced on the internet. Those photos are of a girl, approximately 10 years old, posing naked in sexually explicit positions. The man the FBI now wants to identify can be seen in the photos watching the child's behavior from a nearby bed. The photos have been traded and circulated as child pornography among various illegal internet forums.
Also among the photos now being released are other images from the room, including what appears to be a child's drinking cup from the QuikTrip chain of gas stations. This image led investigators to believe that the photographs were likely taken prior to November of 2005, in one of the following 13 U.S. cities where QuikTrip stores are located: Atlanta, Georgia; Charlotte, North Carolina; Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas; Des Moines, Iowa; Omaha, Nebraska; Greenville/Spartanburg, South Carolina; Kansas City, Missouri; Springfield, Missouri; Wichita, Kansas; Phoenix, Arizona; Tucson, Arizona; St. Louis, Missouri; and Tulsa, Oklahoma.
A baseball cap displaying what could be the logo of a local sports team, as well as a partial image of what appears to be a telephone book, are also clues which may provide valuable information regarding the location of this endangered child.
The public is reminded that no charges have been filed in this case and the pictured individual is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

This individual is being sought as part of the FBI's Rescue Me and Endangered Child Alert Program (ECAP) initiatives, both of which represent strategic partnerships between the FBI and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Rescue Me focuses on utilizing clues obtained through in-depth image analysis to identify the child victims depicted in child exploitation material, while ECAP seeks national and international media exposure of unknown adults (referred to as John/Jane Doe) who visibly display their faces and/or other distinguishing characteristics in child pornography images.
