Eugene "Tripp" Gardner/Darlington County Detention Center
Circuit Judge Michael Baxley set bail at $150,000 for Eugene "Tripp" Gardner, III, 50, for the murder of his brother, Richard Todd Gardner, 44, according to Darlington County Clerk of Court officials.
Gardner was shot to death at his home on North Charleston Road in Darlington County in June 2011.
His body was found in Skeet's Bar-B-Q on North Charleston Road.
His killing left many in the Mechanicsville community of Darlington County in shock and afraid.
Deputies continously worked the case and followed many leads until they say there was enough evidence to charge Gardner in March.
